Sebastian Dzekashu is CHE's CEO and Lead Instructor. He has a MSN in Nursing Education from Saint Joseph College of Maine. He has been a college instructor for more than a decade and now a content developer for CHE. Sebastian works tirelessly towards mission critical priorities and continue to provide expertise and also has a vision to expand services. Sebastian is currently developing content for the FNP Program.

Gurveer Bassi is the newest addition to the CHE team. He has been currently assigned to develop the accelerated CNA program and mental health courses. Gurveer Bassi has been a LVN for many years and has worked in many psychiatric facilities. He is currently finishing up his Registered Nurse degree at International of Health Sciences in Florida. He has shown great interest in enthusiasm in developing content for the nursing certificate programs including CNA, Medical Assisting, and CE course development. 

Jyoti Narayan has bene instrumental in expansion of Board Prep services for CHE by starting the FNP Board Prep initiative. With her extensive experience as a FNP and her strong knowledge base as an educator at various workplaces, FNP Narayan has taken ownership of the FNP Board Prep program at CHE. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated instructor who joined our CHE team this year. CHE team is looking forward to adding more educational resources to FNP graduates who are preparing for FNP boards. 

Aaliya Sidhu has been working with CHE team since last year. She has been instrumental in helping create PMHNP content and seed quizzes and exams on the CHE platforms for the online courses. Aaliya Sidhu is currently a Montessori educator with future aspirations in Education and Mental Health. She has shown her dedication by taking ownership of the PMHNP Boards content creation project for CHE, and helped build innovative content that current students are finding very helpful.
